Solar Solutions

Solar for homes, businesses, factories and farms

A house, a showroom, a factory shed and a borewell pump all draw power differently. We design for the building in front of us instead of fitting everyone to the same package.

Residential Rooftop Solar

Independent houses, villas and apartment owners

A system sized to what your house actually uses, so your monthly bill comes down and stays down as tariffs rise.

Usually 1 kW to 10 kW, depending on your bill and how much shadow-free terrace you have.

Benefits

  • Reduces the units you buy from the grid every month
  • Long asset life with low running cost
  • Eligible for consideration under government rooftop solar schemes, subject to prevailing guidelines
  • Adds a visible, long-term improvement to your property

System options

  • On-grid
  • Hybrid with battery backup
  • Off-grid, where the site requires it

Commercial Solar EPC

Shops, showrooms, offices, hospitals, schools and commercial buildings

Commercial tariffs are higher than domestic ones, so every unit your roof generates replaces a costlier unit from the grid. That is why the numbers often work better for a shop or office than for a house.

Typically 10 kW to several hundred kW depending on load profile and roof area.

Benefits

  • Offsets daytime consumption, which is when most commercial loads run
  • Predictable long-term energy cost compared with rising tariffs
  • Uses existing roof space that is otherwise unproductive
  • Supports organisational sustainability commitments

System options

  • On-grid
  • Hybrid with battery storage
  • Off-grid, where the site requires it

Industrial Solar Solutions

Factories, processing units, workshops and industrial sheds

Factory sheds usually have large, uninterrupted roofs and a steady daytime load, close to the ideal case for solar. The roof is already there and doing nothing.

Typically 50 kW and above, designed around your connected load and sanctioned demand.

Benefits

  • Large shadow-free roof area is used productively
  • Daytime generation aligns well with industrial shift operations
  • Structured design accounting for load, protection and safety requirements
  • Documentation support for approvals and metering

System options

  • On-grid
  • Hybrid with battery storage
  • Off-grid, where the site requires it

Agricultural Solar Solutions

Farms, agricultural pump sets and rural establishments

Sized to the pump, not to a monthly bill. We work from the pump rating, how much water you need and how many hours a day it has to run.

Sized to the pump rating and daily running hours, not to a monthly bill.

Benefits

  • Reduces dependence on grid supply timing for daytime operations
  • Designed around actual pump load and duty cycle
  • Suitable for locations with adequate open, shadow-free area
  • Guidance on applicable schemes, subject to prevailing government guidelines

System options

  • Solar pumping
  • On-grid
  • Hybrid
  • Off-grid, where there is no usable connection

System Types

On-grid, hybrid or off-grid?

It comes down to what the site needs. Battery storage is not a system type of its own: it is the component that lets a hybrid or off-grid system keep running when the grid cannot.

On-Grid Solar

Customers whose main goal is reducing the monthly electricity bill.

The system works alongside your grid connection. Solar powers your loads during the day, and anything extra can be exported to the grid where net metering is available. There is no battery, so the system does not run during a grid outage.

  • Lowest cost per kW of the three options
  • No backup during a power cut, because the inverter must shut down for safety
  • Requires DISCOM approval and a suitable meter for export

Energy flow

  1. Solar Panels
  2. Solar Inverter
  3. Home / Business Loads
  4. Grid
